The present invention relates to a pneumonia diagnostic apparatus for secreting streptococcus pneumoniae proteins. By recognizing a protein secreted from a mixed strain of Streptococcus pneumoniae, which protein contains a special antibody for the diagnosis of pneumonia, and a nucleic acid encoding a protein contains a special antibody primer or probe for the diagnosis of pneumonia, the present invention can be effectively applied to the diagnosis of pneumonia.
