Introduction Hip replacement is the process of replacing a natural joint with a prosthesis. The most common indication for this procedure is the "wear and tear" function of the hip cartilage. The aim of the operation is to restore exercise and to relieve pain by improving the patient's quality of life. These prostheses can also be used for selected femoral neck fractures. |

Objective
Hip arthroplasty is one of the most successful operations in modern medicine. In recent years, it has made great progress in materials and surgical techniques. The present invention is based on joint biomechanical research, substituting the function of the round ligament to simulate joint adaptability (*) under normal conditions, and in this manner makes possible the safety of anti-human or animal surgical prosthesis dislocation.
