Core Facilities Usage and Invoicing System (CORES)

Technology description

Summary

This software allows core managers to enter orders into the system. It also allows customers in product cores to scan their items at a self-service checkout terminal. These orders are accumulated into electronic invoices and e-mailed to the customers each month. An electronic upload file containing order information is also created for the finance department. The system also contains a physical inventory module and receiving module for the product cores.
