The present invention relates to a configuration of a light emitting device for use in dentistry for oral illumination, incorporating LED or tungsten halogen light emitting reflector systems in white and violet colors, with dual functions: oral illumination and observation of differences between teeth and resins. It has a long life, low power consumption, and high radiation intensity, ranging from a minimum of 8,000 to 35,000 lux, levels that allow proper exposure to all quadrants of the mouth.
- Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to make available a system capable of providing multifunctional illumination in assessing differences between teeth and resins by assisting in oral diagnosis and treatment.
