The invention relates to probes, gene chips and primers for gene amplification of major pathogenic viruses, Norovirus, rotavirus and coronavirus, which are used for the diagnosis of calf diarrhea, and a pathogen diagnosis method based on the same.
The existing diagnostic methods need to carry out multi-stage detection, and according to the invention, the main viral pathogens and their genotypes inducing neonatal calf diarrhea can be quickly diagnosed by only one detection.
