Based on the detection and tracking of various hand shapes, the remote electronic blackboard control device proposes how to effectively configure devices that provide new remote control methods by detecting camera-based hand shapes on existing touch-based electronic blackboards. This paper presents a real-time and effective method to control the electronic board by setting up a region of interest (ROI) and hierarchical hand shape detection method to minimize the computational load.
